UoBe SMART

UoBe Smart is our exciting new campaign to create a change in student energy use. We are partnering with E.ON Energy to help students at the University of Birmingham save energy and the planet through simple habits they can do now. We want to:

1.     Reduce student energy use

2.     Get 500 students to install Smart Meters across Selly Oak and Harbourne

​

Throughout the term, we will be promoting easy ways to save energy online and on campus. We are giving out goodies, energy-saving advice, and leaflets explaining how you can get a Smart Meters.

​

Smart Meters are hugely important for modernising the UK's electricity network and could save up to £ 47 when installed. Sign up to our register and we can help you get your meter installed.
